Site & planting study
A focused concept for a courtyard, entry, border or other defined outdoor area.
We record sun, exposure, apparent soil condition, access and daily use, then develop a spatial concept with planting and material direction. Typical palettes pair regionally suitable sedges and flowering perennials with durable shrubs or small trees; final species follow site evidence. Construction documents, installation and engineering are separate.
Design scope from $1,450
What’s included
- Site observation and photo notes
- Measured concept plan
- Plant palette by exposure and moisture
- Material direction and care notes

How do we get started?
We walk the site, record use, exposure, visible water patterns, access and the conditions that need specialist assessment.
What happens after an inquiry?
An inquiry does not create a site assessment or price. Scope and fees would follow access, measurements and any required technical referral.
